Hi all. I'm a 40-something woman, very happy to be here. I learned about this site through the Abuse deadline, which I'll be entering. This is a great thing, writers helping writers.

I live in Novi, which is southeastern Michigan, with my elderly Mom. We have no pets, as she suffers severe allergies, much to my detriment. lol But I love her dearly, so it's all good. If I really want a pet I can get a goldfish, or order one of those invisible dog leashes. Remember those? heh.
